Clark's Swimming Pools is located at 22855 Sussex Highway in Seaford, Delaware. We are a family owned and operated business that's been serving our community since 1972. We sell and install vinyl liner in-ground pools, one piece fiberglass pools and several models of above ground pools. We have a pool to fit everyone's budget. We also offer service to your pool and equipment. We do repairs, leak detection, relines and we also offer weekly maintenance.

Our Team
Chad Clark
Chad Clark is the owner and President of Clark's Swimming Pools. He has over 30 years of pool building experience. His extensive knowledge and ability is highly sought after, making him Delmarva's exclusive pool designer and builder. Chad is involved with his customers throughout the entire pool building process; not only does he sell you the pool, he builds your pool as well. Chad goes above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied. His dedication, hard work, attention to detail, and knowledge are what sets him apart from all other pool builders in our area.
Annette Clark
Annette Clark is the Vice President of the company and has over 30 years of pool industry experience and knowledge. She oversees the above ground pool sales, billing, ordering of the pools and equipment, freight delivery, service department scheduling, as well as, the retail division. Her pool knowledge and experience is second to none. Her unwavering dedication to the company helped to ensure continued success over the past 3 decades, while overseeing the company's day to day operations.
Jennifer Clark
Jennifer Clark is the Treasurer and Manager of the company and has been involved with operations since 2015. She handles all human resources, filing of gross receipt, IFTA, and Maryland Sales taxes, IT operations, scheduling of in-ground pool appointments, scheduling of service appointments, freight delivery, as well as, daily retail and above ground pool sales. She ensures that all business operations are geared toward a successful future, always putting the customer first and at the forefront of the company's goals.
Our History
One thing is for sure, THE CLARK FAMILY KNOWS POOLS! In 1972, Edward Clark and his late wife, Shirley, opened Clark's Swimming Pools, Inc. We worked from our home location where we had a retail store and a construction and service division. In 1990 we moved the business from the home location to Sussex Highway in Seaford, Delaware where we would have a full showroom, a pool park to display the beautiful pools we have to offer and numerous warehouses for storage of merchandise.
In 2015, their son Chad, purchased the business from his parents. Not only is Chad the owner, he's also the same person that will come to your home to meet with you about an in-ground pool and he is also on every job building the pools alongside his team. Chad grew up in the pool business and has been building pools and servicing pools since he was very young. His sister, Annette and his wife, Jennifer run the retail division and oversee above ground sales, scheduling of service, receiving and delivery of freight, accounting, human resources and all the other duties that go along with running a successful corporation.
Our family is extremely dedicated to our business and make sure that you are 100% satisfied with every job you hire us to do. For nearly 50 years, the Clark family has been building dreams for the homeowners in our community with top notch customer service, professionalism and quality materials.
